Preferred Care is a rider for FirstCare that allows policyholders to be covered in the United States. Under Preferred Care, insured’s are eligible for treatment at United States hospitals and provide funding for travel and lodging expenses. You will also have your own designated coordinator to assist you in the planning and implementation of treatment at the hospital. Coverage is designed specifically for critical care treatment.
Policyholders have the option of either reporting a claim online, by phone or by fax. If you wish to report your claim online, simply fill out the requested information and submit.
