    Hmm, I have a review for you. What company constantly calls you even after you tell them that you do not need insurance from you and that to please stop calling my phone number. I have repetitively have asked that your offices not call me and the calls start every damn morning at 8 am and continue to call me til 5 pm.

    I have asked them to put me on the DO NOT CALL LIST, but do they do this no they rudely hang up on me and call me back at a later time. These numbers are: CONTACTING ME FROM 8 AM TIL 5 PM ARE jean 702-514-7059, INDIAN SPRINGS 702-899-8022,LAS VEGAS 702-960-1998.

  • I am so frustrated. My 98-year-old mother has long-term insurance. When we finally got it started, it was great, for a year.

    Then in January, we had to move her to a new facility. Here it is April and we still have not received payments. Now they have a new “situation” and it does not look like we will get it for May yet either. Whenever I talk to one of the people on the phone, it always becomes my fault: I should have called sooner and checked, I should have told the facility what to send, I should be patient, this all takes time, I am calling too soon, I was wrong to think to expedite meant they would do things faster, it still takes 10 to 15 days, they just put a flag on it.

    Not one apology, or let me help or this must be hard on you.

    It is not hard having a mother with dementia, worrying about her care, where she lives, health issues and now if she can stay where she is because she has no more money.

    10 phone calls have only let to a brick wall. We will see, they are supposed to call me back.

    I am at an age of looking for long-term care, I did have the best regards for this company, but now not so much. I would not want my children to have to go through this!
