PrudentChoice Healthcare Plans
The healthcare plans offered by PrudentChoice are available for either individuals or families. If a family plan is purchased, the discount card is good for all of the members in the household. Your savings can range from twenty to 45% for medical services, 15% to 40% for prescription drugs, 20% to 50% on dental services, 20% to 40% for vision services, and 10% to 30% savings for services rendered by a chiropractor. If mediation services are included in the plan, you may benefit from additional savings by having a professional bill negotiator try to reduce balances on your prior medical bills. In Texas, the PrudentChoice Plus plan costs $59.99 per month for an individual and $79.99 per month for a family with a $59.00 onetime non-refundable processing fee. The PrudentChoiceDental Plus will cost an individual $14.99 per month and a family $19.99 per month. Both the individual and the family plan entail a onetime non-refundable processing fee of $30.0 PrudentChoice is not available in California, Illinois, Montana, or Vermont.
