When I called to complain, I received a partial 4 month refund but the entire amount should have been considered, since they can not show in any way that I could have signed up for this. In addition, I was also not given any membership card or information on the program they offer. Don't know why they could just keep deducting from my account. Isn't it considered fraud? They keep saying they will call me back on this, but I have not heard and the communication started in first of June. It is upsetting.
