The Maryland Health Insurance Plan offers three different health insurance products, all under the name of MHIP. The final option is the MHIP+, which offers similar options to the MHIP Federal but with lower deductibles. This plan is only available to members who are not eligible for MHIP Federal and have a limited income. The MHIP+ has discounted and lower-cost premiums available to members.
