I was getting calls regularly on my business phone. When I answered, I got nothing but dead air. So I called and it was Fidelity. I asked to be taken of their call list...they refused. I was called filthy names like the "C" word with foul descriptions. I was told that 4 people, Michael, Michael Hollander, the operator and Joe Walker were the Pres of Fidelity. I was told I was going to get calls every 5 minutes for getting them mad and I did. So, I turned the game on them and called them over and over. Finally, Joe Walker (who said he was the Pres, a Manager, then a Floor Lead) left me a threatening message...all I needed...it's now with my Atty. Almost every person I talked to used the "F" word...terribly abusive. Here's the amusing part...while Fidelity thinks they are taking us, they are being taken. The trash they hire for their call center...they aren't trying to sell ins...they are making calls and saying nothing, so as to make their call quota, get paid and not have to work. ST.louis which I did. However I had signed up with them back in March of 2010 and was first told that the insuance would start the 15th of April 2010. I then received a call that the insurance plan would not start until May 1st, 2010. Which I have been told that it has started however we have still not received any policy papers or proof of insurance cards for my wife to go to a doctors office or get prescriptions. I have been on the phone almost every day trying to get the information that I should have gotten at the beginning of the insurance. This is now the 21st of May, 2010 and we still do not have any paperwork of any kind about this insurance. Now put yourself in my position I believe that your agents have ripped my off. The moneys are being taken out of my bank account so I am wondering who is pocketing the money. I want this situation resolved A.S.A.P. or I will have to put it in my wifes newspaper just what kind of business you people are running.
