Had been signed up for a sup insurance through USAA even when I told USAA I did not want dental coverage they signed me up with this company. obviously already upset I called the company to cancel the policy. I got a representive after waiting 45 minutes. who then claimed he needed to transfer me. this went over there store hours and they left me on hold indefinitly (3 hours now) bad business all around Consumer BEWARE!!!!!

Assurant Health is atrocious. From the horrible customer service to the inaccurate information the company as a whole is as bad as they come. During a major injury where I was laid up for months I had to constantly haggle with them to get them to even pay on the policy that was current. The admit/assume no fault of their own, and are not here to help or serve you, the customer, but rather to provide a place that screws the general public out of their hard earned money while still providing little to no care at all. Truly a horrible experience.

Signed up for short term disability insurance. Faxed them all my information. I waited and waited to receive mail from them confirming and the policy. I never have. But, they have continued to take out the premium of $51.50. i called them and told them to cancel my policy. They claim they sent it to the wrong address which was incorrect. They do nothing but stall and stall. Customer service is very very very rude and dont care either. They said they mailed the policy twice but I never got anything from them. They even said my policy was cancelled and that they would not take out anymore premiums but they did. Currently I am struggling with thier lies to get my money back.. If only they would truly mail I would get it. PLEASE dont deal with these people!! They are a nightmare that I am still having and hopefully one day there will be a class A action lawsuit against them !!! They lie and they never mail anything! BEWARE !!
